Recycled Wood Furniture Manufacturer Terms

PRICES: Ex-factory (manufacturer's facility). A deposit of 50% is required with your order and the remainder is due prior to shipment from the warehouse. Packaging, shipping, insurance and any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

PLEASE NOTE: NO DIRECT TO CONSUMER SALES - Wholesale requests from importers, wholesalers, retail outlets, architects/designers and specifiers for new hotels and restaurants are invited to request quantity pricing by submitting a request for quote.

ABOUT THE FURNITURE:

Customer acknowledges with all orders they understand the furniture is made from recycled lumber which is up to 200 years old. Each piece is handcrafts and finished individually. Every creation is UNIQUE because no piece of aged lumber looks like any other. Natural imperfections such as cracks, worm holes, nail holes and warps have been intentionally left untouched to capture the beauty, charm, and patina of the antique wood.

Customer also acknowledges with all orders that the wood may vary in color as the wood comes from different parts of the country and is of different ages; the older the wood, the darker it will appear. If the customer prefers a lighter or darker finish, it should be indicated on the order. Furniture manufacturer will try to accommodate the request, however, they cannot guarantee any color matches. This also applies
to their hand painted finishes. This caveat also applies to the furniture with hand painted finishes.

Additionally, the furniture products of this manufacturer are purposefully assembled in a way which allows the old soft pine to move with temperature or seasonal changes. The manufacturer, nor Coble International, owners of this web site, cannot and do not take responsibility for dissatisfaction due to the natural characteristics of wood.

Notification: All measurements are an approximation and can vary with each handcrafted piece of furniture.

Since all orders are finished to the customer's specifications, cancellation after one week of order placement is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Completely custom orders may not be cancelled.
