1. Coble International reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement, listing or other content (collectively "advertising" or "advertisement") for any reason.

2. Coble International shall have no liability whatsoever by reason of error for which they may be responsible in any advertisement beyond liability to give the advertiser or advertising agency credit for so much of the space occupied by the advertisement as is materially affected by the error; and its obligation to give such credit shall not apply unless it is notified of the inaccuracy within 48 hours following the posting of the error - it is the responsibility of the advertiser to review their ads and notify Coble International of any errors within 48 hours of the ads posting to any Coble internet web sites and properties.

3. All advertising copy that might be mistaken by a reader as news, feature or other non-advertising materials must be clearly marked "advertisement".

4. The advertiser and advertising agency jointly and severally assume liability for all content (including text representation, illustrations, updates and URL's to other internet content) of advertisements published and also assumes responsibility for any claims arising there from made against Coble International including all costs associated with defending any such claim.

5. Coble International strives to maximize the traffic to our client's advertisements, we do not guarantee any given level of distribution, viewership, circulation, reach or readership for an advertisement.

6. All display ad positions are contractually agreed upon at the time payment is made by advertiser or advertising agency.  

7. International business directory ad positions are at the option of Coble International. In no event will adjustments, reinstatements or refunds be made because of the position in which an advertisement has been published. Coble International will seek to comply with international business directory advertiser position requests and other stipulations that appear on insertion orders. Payment of a premium position fee does not guarantee positioning. In the event that Coble International is unable to provide the requested positioning, the premium position fee will be refunded. 

8. Coble International shall be under no liability for its failure for any cause to publish an advertisement.

9. Coble International reserves the right to remove non-functioning details from an advertisement such as email addresses, web site URL's, telephone and/or fax numbers if the advertiser does not respond to inquiries regarding the problem within 30 days. 

10. Coble International will not be responsible for errors appearing in advertisements.

11. Cancellations, corrections, changes of advertising dates and/or changes of advertising content must conform to published deadlines.

12. All Advertising is to be paid in advance by money order, wire transfer or PayPal.

13. There will be a $45.00 charge for any check not honored by the bank. Returned checks must be replaced with certified /cashier/wire transfer funds within 48 hours of notification.  There is a $25.00 charge for any check originating outside the USA that does not have a USA bank as a correspondent.  All payments must be made in US Dollars.

14. Coble International shall not be liable to the advertiser for any technical malfunction, computer error or loss of data or other injury, damage or disruption to advertisements or web sites or the service.

15. Your international business directory advertisement may only be listed "one-time" in any given category web page.

16. Coble International reserves the right to reject renewal of any advertisement or discontinue accepting new advertisers.

17. There are No Refunds for advertising once the advertisement has been published to the web site.

18. These Terms and Conditions supercede any terms contained in any Insertion Orders, even if signed by a representative of Coble International.
