Well a lot has happened in the last two weeks both personally and with our business.

I finally became a grandfather on the 16th of October at 1:50 am in the morning. We arrived just in time after being lost in the wrong wing of the hospital but we had about 10 minutes to spare before the baby was born.

A beautiful little baby girl. Her name is Jordan Rebecca.

At my age (51) you don't often get to see new and wondrous things, but witnessing Jordan's birth will be a highlight I will remember for the rest of my days.

OK, now to business.

We have started a new NO COST global market resource at our web site for those of you who are seeking to import products. We have done away with the printed trade directories and are now offering sources of products for you to import on our web site.

Initially, we have 3 web pages with business listings from Mexico and 4 from the Philippines. Most of these listings have web sites where you can review their products.

WHO really makes money in Real Estate?

The Seller makes money. The Real Estate agent, Bank, Appraiser, Lawyer, Insurance Agent, and even the City, County and State (tax collectors) make money -- but -- the BUYER pays (even if the 'lucky' buyer buys a distressed fixer upper for no money down, he pays).
