Welcome to the first full week of October.

We had our first Frost last week. This is kind of early for our area but in many cases welcomed since this area is the highest one in the country for allergy problems. The frost helps get rid of the ragweed and the allergy symptoms it causes along with it.

Still waiting for our grandchild to arrive. The 17th is the actual due date but they've told our daughter it could be anytime now.

There are several leads in this issue that you should take a look at, but most importantly, we have two articles. The first we wrote about the best way to get your products and/or services in front of the world as we have done. Nearly 75% of our business now originates from outside the USA and we explain why and how you can best promote your products and services worldwide.

We also have another great article from Charlie Cook that is written to help you learn "what words attract your clients."

We had about 7 people request to be removed from the subscriber list. Two of which we could not even find on the list (go figure). We wrote to them asking what email address they have been using to receive the newsletter, they never responded. WHO really makes money in Real Estate?

The Seller makes money. The Real Estate agent, Bank, Appraiser, Lawyer, Insurance Agent, and even the City, County and State (tax collectors) make money -- but -- the BUYER pays (even if the 'lucky' buyer buys a distressed fixer upper for no money down, he pays).
