Several very important announcements are included with this Global Exchange announcement - please be sure to read the entire message.

1. To announce the availability of another of our Trade Leads Back issues that was just posted to our site at: Free Business Newsletters  It contains approximately 33 trade leads.

Please advise us by email if you find that any of the leads we publish on our site are no longer valid, i.e., Email addresses bounce back; phone numbers do not work, etc.. This way we can keep only the valid leads and get rid of the junk.

2. Now I would like to provide you with some Free advice to help you get your Emails read.

We received between 250-300 email messages daily. About 90% of these messages are Junk mail. Thankfully, our ISP instituted a Junk mail system last October which saves us about 1-2 hours daily in having to download this junk.

The filter intercepts 90% of our messages due to settings that we control. We then log into the system and can "scan" 25 of those message "subjects" and "sender's Email address" at a time.

The Keyword here is "SCAN". If the subject does not pertain to a specific trade directory or subject matter we deal with, the message is trashed.

We also SCAN the email addresses from which the messages were sent. If they are known to us, we select them for delivery to our mailbox. If they are not and the subject is of no significance to us, we have an option to "Select All" and "Remove".

What used to take me 1-2 hours now takes less than 10 minutes daily. So why am I telling you this?  If you want your Email to get through and be "read" by the intended reader you better do several things.

A. Have a SUBJECT LINE that is SHORT - SPECIFIC and familiar to the reader. You would be surprised how many emails go to our junk filter that have NO Subject text in the Subject Line. And you know what I do with them, I automatically delete them. And, that is what happens to nearly 100% of these messages by business people who have little time to deal with the amount of junk email they are receiving.

Here are some sample subject lines that we use so you can get an idea of what I am talking about:

Your Trade Directory Shipping Information

Your Trade Directory Order - Important Please Read

Your Trade Directory Order Has Been Processed

SELL: Vitamins/Health Supplements - Seeking Importers/Buyers

New Order (this will only work for someone who knows you send them orders - so you Scamsters - don't waste your time)

New Domestic Inquiry

New Foreign Inquiry

Your Export-Import Information Order

Basically put enough information into your subject line (without making it too long) to let the intended receiver KNOW just by "SCANNING" it, that he or she will know it is a valid, business related message which they will save and open.

B. Have a valid Email Address.

If you want to be considered a valid business - spend $29.00 a year, get a website (even if it is one page with only your business contact information on it) and 5 email accounts that come with it. You will be doing yourself and your business one of the biggest favors possible.

Bottom line is, if you keep dealing with "FREEBIE" email addresses then most, if not ALL, of your email is going to be TRASHED and you will have wasted the most valuable assets you possess: Your Time and your Credibility.

If you feel $29.00 a YEAR is too much to add CREDIBILITY to your business and give your Email more of a chance to be read, then stop kidding yourself and go back to playing Monopoly because you really are not serious about being in business.

C. Run a FREE SpamCheck Report on all your outgoing email BEFORE you send it.  Just copy your email text and subject into another email and Make sure you start your subject line with TEST or it will be ignored (Example: TESTB2B Newsletter Announcement)

D. To all the Scamsters who subscribe to this newsletter announcement service.

Don't waste your time using the above information to try and get people to open your worthless emails. First of all, if you are successful in gaining my interest in what you are trying to sell - I will NOT buy it through YOU.

Why, because you SCAMMED me with your JUNK mail and if I do buy what you are offering, I will search for another dealer because I do not want you to benefit from your BS way of doing business. And anyone else who reads this message, now or in the future, if you buy anything from someone who sends you an "unsolicited" junk email, you are only promoting their twisted thought processes that JUNK email works.

I hope these suggestions will help you and your business to greater success. But suggestions are just that, until YOU take action to implement them.
